PICKUP/DROPOFF
Vehicle delivery and arranged pick-up/drop-off are available by appointment. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll coordinate the most convenient location for your rental.

Drivers License + Car Insurance
In order to book, you must have:
A Valid Drivers License (18+)
Full Coverage Auto Insurance
Must Be 21+ For High End Cars
Don't have auto insurance?
No problem! We accept AMEX card insurance. Plus - we offer selective vehicles on our Turo platform where the insurance will be provided to you. Contact us for more information.
Sign & Payment
Once you have been approved to drive with CrownPoint Rentals, you will sign our Rental Agreement. Payment can be done in forms of Zelle, Cash, Credit/Debit Card.
If you have Auto Insurance, you can pay via debit. If you don't have Auto Insurance, you must provide a major bank Credit Card on file (which will be accepted through Turo)
Security Deposits Are Mandatory On All Vehicles. They are refundable.

Yes, each vehicle will come with a refundable security deposit. Refund is given once vehicle is returned in same condition and inspected.

Yes. If you're reserving in advance you will need to pay full amount up front with a credit card. You can then pay cash at vehicle pick-up and you'll be refunded your original payment.

No, payment cards must be attached to a bank account matching the name on the rental agreement.
