Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of crownpointrentals.com (the "site"), operated by CrownPoint Rentals ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your rental is governed by your rental agreement. Every rental requires a signed CrownPoint Rentals rental agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Rental requests aren't confirmed bookings
Submitting a request through the site, by phone or by message asks us to check availability. A rental is confirmed only after we approve it, you sign the rental agreement and any required payment is received. We may decline any request.
Rates, fees and availability
- Rates shown on the site are starting rates and may change. Your final price, including taxes, delivery fees and any other charges, is shown before you sign.
- Delivery is available to Des Moines International Airport and locations within about 30 minutes of Des Moines. Delivery fees vary by location.
- A refundable security deposit is required for select vehicles.
- Economy cars include unlimited miles. Some vehicles, such as the Tesla Model 3, have a daily mileage allowance.
- Vehicle photos are for illustration. The exact vehicle, color and features may differ.
Rental requirements
To rent you must be at least 18 years old (21 for select higher-end vehicles), have a valid driver's license and carry your own full coverage auto insurance for the length of the rental. We don't sell rental insurance. Full requirements are on our Requirements page.
Using the site
You agree to give accurate information, not to use the site for anything unlawful, and not to interfere with the site or try to access it in unauthorized ways. Don't submit someone else's license, insurance or payment information without their permission.
Our content
The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to CrownPoint Rentals or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Square and DocuSeal. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be error-free, up to date or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CrownPoint Rentals isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This doesn't limit any rights you have under your rental agreement or that can't be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
