The short version: we collect what we need to confirm your rental, verify you meet our requirements, take payment and stay in touch about your booking. We don't sell your personal information.

Information you give us. When you request a rental, call, text or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The vehicle, dates, pickup and drop-off times and delivery location you choose
- Photos or details of your driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment and contract providers (see below)
- Anything else you choose to share in messages to us
Information collected automatically. When you browse our site, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect device and usage information such as your browser type, pages viewed, approximate location (city level), the site that referred you and how you interacted with our pages. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To check availability, confirm and manage your rental
- To verify your age, license and insurance meet our rental requirements
- To prepare your rental agreement and collect payment and any security deposit
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request, rental, payments, returns and extensions
- To protect our vehicles and business, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
- To understand how visitors use our site and improve it and our advertising
Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your rental request and your rental. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or telling us when we call.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Squarespace), our payment processor (Square), our electronic contract provider (DocuSeal) and our email, calendar and file tools (Google). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Analytics and advertising partners such as Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Microsoft Clarity and Meta, which help us measure site traffic and advertise. Microsoft Clarity may record how visitors move and click on our pages to help us improve them.
- Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to law enforcement, insurance claims, toll and traffic violations, or protecting our rights and property.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep the site working, measure traffic and show relevant ads. We keep rental records, agreements and payment records for as long as needed to provide the rental and to meet tax, accounting, insurance and legal requirements. Rental requests that don't turn into a rental are deleted when they are no longer needed.
How we protect information
We use reputable service providers and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Age requirement
Our site and rentals are for adults. You must be 18 or older to rent from us, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
